I feel hard lump in my left lower abdomen.sometimes i feel its weight too.when my bladder is full of urine then it visible,my left side is upper than right side

Been taking Prexum for two days now and since then I am experiencing sever stomach cramps, abdominal pains and loss of apertite, I feel blotted.

Hi, Just explaining my problem day wise to make it lill easy Monday(9th July) : I travelled from dehradun when during evening time it started paining in lower right abdomen. It was paining when i was walking around. It continued till tuesday, later when i had lunch on Tuesday, i was feeling like boalting... Still i am feeling that food is stuck somewhere around stomach.
