Stomach pain since Saturday, burning sensation in stomach, didn't go too many times to toilet, excreta colour black and granular quantity

I have internal hemmoride it is in grand 2 I consulted with a doctor he gave me some drugs which didn't work it wil b great if u tell ur suggestion I don't want surgery

Hello, It will be a great help if you please look in to my matter. My problem: It pains and itches when I poop. I saw blood on my toilet paper also. And a lump that comes out during poop and goes in after poop. I face pain when I normally sit and work. And pain becomes unbearable sometimes that I can't even sit. Also recently I puked a lot after eating. Please suggest what I need to do ? And is there need of anything from my side .? Kindly revert and help me . Thank You
