Motion after breakfast.
Hello.,I use to go to toilet after every breakfast,eventhough i went before(i.e.,Early morning)
I am going to toilet two times a day in the morning itself.
1.Eary morning(This is normal for all)
2.After breakfast.
Due to this i was late to my Office daily and most of the time i avoided my breakfast also.I was really frustrated daily morning.

Blotting stomach and gas problem
For 10 hours a day , I do desk job. I am having lunch on 1 pm , coffee at 4pm and dinner at 8:30 pm . After having dinner I usually got my stomach tighten and it gives me long Dakar. I have to take 2-3 Goli of harde than and than I can sleep. Can you suggest what to do.
