Stomach Problems & Remedies

I m having burning sensation in stomach with nausea . Burning comes and goes and I also have acid problem . What to do

I am facing weight loss, especially 6 KGS in 5 months. The appetite was less especially afternoons. Now slight improvements in appetite, but now I am seeing Mucus problems , especially more after food. I have done Thyroid, Chests X-ray , Ultrasound of Abdomen, Kidney and liver done, not seeing any problems . Even did my blood tests done . Not a problem.Now I am scared too much.

I have fever from last two days. I have problem in stomach but no cold and loose motions. I have taken antibiotics but my fever sattled due to tablets but again come as the effect of tablet reduce.

Having stomach issues from last 2 days and having some backpain also. Having some pain in stomach also may be I had some water problems

Whenever I eat, I get motions. This is causing a lot of problems. I feel uncomfortable and tensed. This is not always, but, 70-75% of the time. Kindly suggest remedy.

I had vomit and loose motion 3 days before. i consulted a doctor . he prescribed some medicine . from that day motion is not coming . and stomach pain and i cant take foods. if i take ,it make me feel like vomit coming . then i consulted another doctor . he prescribed gastric prob tablets. then vomitting stops. but still motion not coming .

I am getting bright red colored blood in stools fogger the last 2 days. Which doctor should I go to.... General physician or gastro?
