Stomach Problems & Remedies

A lot of pain in the stomach and the abdominal area. A harsh pulling kind of a pain which has incapacitated me to do my daily chores and duties and kept me bed ridden.

Im eating Pani puri daily so i had a doubt that whether it will affect my health or not?.please help me regarding this
