Iam suffering from nomotion from 2days yesterday I bought medicine yourslax-5 tablets but it doesn't work

I am having severe bloating of abdomen and pain in lower abdomen for the past one week. Tried antacids but no use.

After eating food or anything i have to excrete witin one or two hour, earlier it was diagnosed as ulcer & i took BIFILAC medicine also. Then it was resolved but now again it has started

I have been having fever for last three days but now i feel some stomach pain and i cant eat anything i feel my mouth and throat always dry.

MALE 38 year old married no child suffering HYPERCIDITY INDIGETIn IBS, GERD PROBLEM ,I HAVE TRIED PANTOP 40 RABEPRAZOLE 20,RIFAGUT TAB EVERYTHING BUT NO RELIEF . PLS HELP ME 5 years ago doctor told me its haitus hernia.

I've been right hand side just pasli ke niche pain. which pain is through front to back in same line and same side back side pain too much pain while i am sitting more than 20 minute at time. this problem is more than 3 year but ago time this slow pain but at present much pain while i eat food and then sitting a place continue 20 minute then pain.

I have been having abdominal cramps five days now. It started when I woke up, it was very painful. The pain concentrated from my lower to middle abdomen. It lasted for several hours and ranges from mild to severe. On the third day, I defecated for more than 3 times and my stool varies from loose to thin.

I've been feeling mild pain in left top side of the abdomen(below ribs) since Sunday midnight.often the pain extends till shoulder back. I've taken Cyclopean(dicyclomine hydrochloride& paracetamol) tab twice but it gave only temporary relief. The pain regains when the effect of medicine is over.

I am taking bornvita but due to I am having gastric problem so can I take bornvita with unienzyme tablets

Whenever i eat oily food or rotis i feel like vomiting.. i am unable to eat as per my requirement of body as my stomach doesn't allows to.. I m 22 my height is 5'8 and weight is just 50 kgs.. which is underweight so please suggest me what to do to increase my diet as i am not able to increase the amount of diet even after trying..
