Im not having motion from 4 days...it is very tight and hard .when im trying to release motion it is do paining

My mother has gallstones but never experienced any pain.In recent CT SCAN a stone is found in neck of gall bladder and also gall bladder is grossly distended.is surgery necessary at this time?

My mother is 74 yes old and is a diabetic.She takes medices for her diabetes and her blood sugar is always in limits. Off late she sometimes looses her balance while walking.She also feels very tired .She also finds it difficult to chew food. Her gums are sore. Pl advise
