Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have problem in my stomach, not know exactly in which area, and facing the same since last 6-7 months, i took medicines everytime for 1 week, then gets ok and again gets started in 4-5 days, i almost quit all outside food but still face so many issues, afater every3 hrs pain is happening and that too very high pain around the naval everywhere

Stomach appears to be swollen. Gastric issue. Feeling weak and uneasy. Am pure vegetarian. Doing regular exercises. Simple home food.
