My fasting sugar level is 104 and pp level is 128 is it normal or i should be worried about it. Pls suggest

Consulted doctor but they informed me that my intestines are having wounds which will cause pain. I am unable to sleep and sit which causes severe pain internally need resolution.. Anybody facing this pls reply.

Back ache was severe taken xray they said spine was fine. Whereas I am unable to sleep or sit having severe pain. Just I want to know internal intestine wound causes severe pain at the backside hip? Pls advise

I am getting loose stools from last 7 to 8 months, Visited a gastro doctor and he prescribed rifaximin 400mg along with some probiotics. It helped me for 3 days and again the problem started. I tried multiple types of probiotics but nothing is helping. My gastro told me it is happening because of constipation. Sometimes I feel bloated. I am obese and I am taking pantaprazole with domperidome from last 3 years due to acidity. Please suggest what to do

My father is suffering from constipation and fasting diabetes 130.he is suffering from white mouth ulcer and gum bleeding.

My father has constipation also external piles from several years,  stool come with lumps n sometime blood also release, he took Lactomed syrup and few piles medicine, please advice him best treatment
