There has been a mild pain in the lower right hand side of the abdomen since yesterday. The pain is very mild. I thought It was gas or a muscle cramp but it does not seem to subside.

My mother had surgery for intestinal obstruction a week ago which leaf to ileostomy. According to Dr this is temporary. She is experiencing profuse watery discharge. Her bag leaks. She can't even go anywhere as there is discharge from stoma everytime. She also has skin rash be coz of continously discharge. No skin care cream is working.

I work from home and have a very sedentary lifestyle, due to which I do not feel hungry at times and have only upto one meal in a day. Because of this I've gained a lot of weight and also induced gastric issues onto myself. Since my family already has a history of stomach ulcers and gastric issues. Can you please suggest a solution for this? Thanks!
