Unable to eat,acidity ,no appetite, feeling tired,often pain on chest on left side and often right side.probably allergy in water

These days when I lay down to sleep  I get pain in the lower right abdomen and back. Usually I can get to sleep, but when I wake in the morning the pain is there. a heaviness that comes in while breathing and when I stop breathing the pain is gone. By the time I'm ready to go to off the bed the pain has subsided and I go on with a normal day. And the pain is gone Am I having any stone problem? Or what is this symptoms for ?

Hello Doctor I am suffering from frequent loose motions, daily twice or thrice, for last 1 and half year, I have consulted three doctors and followed their medicines but the end result is same. I have given this medicines first time: rifagut, meva sr, nexpro L. 2. Econorm and omez d. 3. bifilac, ornuf, normaxin rt, unienzyme. But I have not been completely cured by any of them. I, ve been having a pain near by xiphoid process from last 4 days. but m not confirm that this pain is because of problem in LES or any other reason. I consult to a doctor he told me that this pain occur by gas PROBLEM. With this pain I don't have any other symptoms. and also I feel heartburn only when I drink alcohol. otherwise no heartburn. so I want to know that this is only a gas problem or GERD or any other disease. or is there any permanent cure of Gerd. plz help me to find out this prob

I've been having awful stomach pains for the past 2 days and I have been pooping a lot more than usual. I feel nauseous all the time and it's hard to eat. I'm a smoker and when I smoke I get more nauseous and I feel dizzy. I've had a really bad headache all day and it won't go away. My whole body is sore and it hurts to move, breathe and do anything at all.
