  4. Stomach full with gas. Is remain same?

Stomach full with gas
I don't have any interest to take food. Beside that when i take food after that my stomach is going to hinge...Closet not clear as regular. I have consulted with Prof Dr. Anisur Rahman (Former Head, Dept. of Gastrology BIRDEM, Dhaka. He suggested some medicine after Endoscopy and some blood test. but my problem is remain same
