Hi Dr my name is said and I am 40 years old man.I am feeling abdominal pain specially right side

Having loose motions since yesterday night. 25 times after every 10-15 minutes. Only water coming out. Very painful at the time of washing

Today when i go to bathroom i found that while having latrine some blood comes with it and having a little pain over there.

I loose my weight 8kg in just 45 days.i have an indigestion problem from a long time. Now im having problem like burning sensation in my stomach whenever i eat even if i eat non spicy food. Now i have itching problem. Whenever i shallowing my body,it became a small wound at just the itching place.my eyes have been yellow from a long time. What problem that would be? What tests should i do?

I'm havey drunk alcohal daily and without drinking not sleeping and not fooding

I have been facing problem when i go to pass stool i feel pain and some blood of bright red color and the pain remains for some hours after stool my digestion is good i usually go for stool once in a day at morning i am not feeling any burning sensation in anus neither any type of itching or swelling i usually face this problem when the stool becomes hard and dry

I thought I had a stomach bug on Saturday and Sunday. But now 6 days later and I still have diarreah. I'm very gassy and Im not very hungry. I also keep burping.

I am taking medicine for prostatitis for last 20 days, I was having constipation and gas problem for long time , mild pain in stomach. Last night during and after stool I feel pain in bum hole and once a little blood on stool . Now I want to which doctor should I visit like physician or any other specialist for this problem. Is that serious or not
