About Gallstone
Hello Sir, I want to know the meaning of the following CT scan report - gall bladder is distended & shows mild diffuse wall thickening. Multiple iso dense filling defects are seen in the lumen suggestive of Calculi/sludge. No mass seen.(Intraluminal pigment and cholesterol calculi can only be excluded by USG examination)

This C.T SCAN OF ABDOMEN shows multiple stones in gall bladder and there is wall thickening also, means this patient had recurrent attack of gall bladder infection ( Cholecystitis). The best option is to remove the gall bladder by Laparoscopic approach.
