Last week,I was feeling nauseous+pain in my stomach and started throwing up everything I ate even if it was just water. I went to the ER after this intense pain in the lower right side of stomach couldn't let me sleep. The doctor there suspected It was food poisoning then gave me a shot and pills for the pain. The vomit+pain went away gradually though I was feeling conticipated for 5 days. Today, I no longer feel pain but I have noticed bright red blood in my stool also the stool was dark brown.

My sister is downs syndrome aged 38 years. She has gall bladder stone 4.8mm and gall bladder is partially contracted. Is surgery inevitable?

My wife experiences pain like acid reflux around the rib cage area intermittently. We avoid milk (tea/ coffee) , chilies , rice during this time.. recovers after 3-4 days . Medical history .. hysterectomy ( 1 ovary ) due to endometriosis , high sugar ( under treatment last 4 odd months ) . Not clear why this pain happens . Want advice . Thank you

Sir, my father died due to late stage detection of NAFLD in 2015.subsequently on advice of our family doctor, I uderwent LFT and USG tests and was found to have grade 2 fatty lIver,my ALT and AST were raised to 50s. My fibroscan value came as 6.13kpa. I have been asymptotic and having a healthy life style since then .I am also on telma 20 mg for high BP since 2012. I recently repeated my tests, ALT/AST has come down in 20s. Fibroscan 6.10kpa.please advice further.Will I develop NASH eventually

I have very irregular motions. Sometimes once a day and sometimes once in 3 days. During this phase, i suffer from severe headache that last upto 2 days. I heard a lot about esabgol as an effective supplement for fibre intake. Does esabgol really helps in regular motions, if taken regularly?
