I am just beginning to recover from hemerodial constipation. Its been a solid 3 weeks since this began and I had just somewhat recovered yesterday, but ate the wrong food and caused more stomach cramps and gas.
Presently I can sip bottled water and it offers no issues. However I am really becoming weak from lack of sustanance, and I need some guidance on what diet I should be using to both help me reagin my strength and to prevent a relapse.
