Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi doc.. i have been facing issues while pooping.. there is blood that is there in d poop and also the stool is quite hard to pass which makes me in total pain

My stomach is paining and I am feeling discomfort in my stomach like something is there

I am observing that i am having tap worms in my feaces tell me what to do. .. tell me the procedure for medication

I feel some gastric problem exist as use to get gastric reflux during morning and also feels some pain at the chest part. Even did with ECG to check any problem with heart signals but everything looks fine. Doctor prescribed a tonic which is mint based to reduce acidity reflux. But now again it is recurring. Do I need to undergo any scan to reveal the problems if any inside the system? I am not feeling hungry some times and also if I have any snacks I feel acidic reflux in my food pipe as sour.

I have gastric problem since a yaer food dont digest properly heart burn some times constipution i had treated twice h.pylori now i also got endoscopy done also biopsy test the conclusion of test was infection due to h pylri

I have been suffererd from excessive gas, done the Vitamin B12 test & endoscopy. I have vitamin B12 deficiency

Can you let me know if ajwain is good for helping in hyperacidity. I am facing acidity for last few years as I have irregular eating habits and bad foods intake. You can suggest with other good options which can help reducing hyperacidity.

My father is suffering from abdominal pain since one week. He has lost considerable weight. The pain occurs whenever he doesn't eat for a period or in the morning. He is a diabetic. The local doctor said it's normal. No sonography has been taken yet. Either or diabetes has led to weight loss and tiredness.

Today i had endoscopy test and biopsy test ... my doctor told that you have serious ulcer problem. he told that biopsy report will come in 3 days. till that we can't tell exact medicine but i have stomach pain right now.. till report come what should i do .. i have pain in stomach.. please suggest me

Yesterday had hard stools to paas then i found blood streaks over normal coloured stools but today i found bloody dark brown stools  which you can also say as stools with blood there are normal coloured stools as well as these blood coated dark brown stools. Suggest me. Is there anything to worry about?
