My bilirubin total is 1.67, bilirubin direct is .22, bilirubin Indirect is 1.45, ast (sgot) is 36 what to do

I have done MRI scans in NEIGRIHMS recently and they found primary and secondary tracts. Since there are no GI Surgeons in NEIGRIHMS, they suggested that I see GI Surgeons outside the hospital.

Sever stomach pain for months now. After an endoscopy, it was found that I have a large stomach ulcer. After medication i still felt pain, several tests were taken to find that I had an overactive gallbladder. They removed my gallbladder, which had fat on it and were surprised to find that my ulcer was still there, very large, very round, and seeming permanent.
