Stomach Problems & Remedies

I started getting feverish 3days ago, I haven't been a le to get rid of my fever, alongside the fever I get dull aches in my head and left ear, I also have had severe pain in my upper abdomen which comes on and off and I can feel some relief from changing position or burping. This has caused me to feel very sick with the feeling of throwing up which I never do in the end I always just burp some more when trying. Pain hits me in my mid abdomen between rib cage and goes through to my back.

I have gas problem and fever from four days pls suggest I want medical treatment

I have really bad acid reflux the past 3 days which has caused a sore throat and severe dry cough. I haven't been able to sleep cause I get this feeling of being chocked/drowned. I sit up, burp and cough everything this happens. I started taking Benadryl for the cough and antacid (pepto-bismol) and acid reducer (zinetac) for the acid reflux. Is there anything else that I can take so that I can sleep comfortablly? Can I take Benadryl with the antacids?

So I have GERD. It’s basically acid reflux. Which is causing the cough to worsen. I couldn’t sleep last night either cause I feel choked/drowned. I have an antacid and a acid reducer (zinetac). Is there anything else I should take?

I have been suffering from chronic gas problem since quite a long time. The sonography report also says excess of bowel gas. Can I get a permanent solution to the problem.

I’ve had constipation for over a month, and my bowel movements are unbearable. My abdominal ultrasound came back normal, and so did the urinalysis. The only thing abnormal was a high level of Amylase in my blood test. The stool sample has yet to come back. I had a painful bowel movement a few hours ago and I’m still in pain, and i am still bleeding. Is this normal?

There is a lot of blood oozing from my anus when i poop. It happens when i get a running stomach for a while.
