Hi, I have been experiencing no apetite in morning and heavy one in evening I feel vomiting in morning too

Suffering from acidity problem sometimes it causes heartburn and chest pain also. Any cure for this.

I have heartburn problem... Now when I eat spicy or hot it hurts in cheast when such food passing to stomach. I continually feel heavy in lowet left side of chest bone . It is from last 2 months & acidity problems last few years Pls guide

Hi, I am having acidity and poor digestion problem for the last 5-6 years. I did all kind of medication but didn't get any lasting result. I am currently on homeopath, however, I have to take Pantocid DSR, or PAN 40 or similar medicines at least twice or thrice a week. I just wanted to know if taking these medicines for a longer period will have any severe health impact.

Hello, m suffer from heavy acidity problm just like a vomating comes in my mouth.. and bloating in my stomach, constipation problem.. last three days i was not going toilet..

I have been diagnosed with 2 gall stones of 8mm and  10 mm respectively through an ultra sound. They are not attached to the gall bladder lining. I have no pain as of now. I would like to know how should I manage gall stones, what foods to avoid and what changes should I make in my lifestyle. I am a vegetarian, so how should I consume iron without vitamin c (I was asked by my doc not to consume citrus). Is there anyway for me to expell the stones without surgery? Does yoga help in anyway? Are there any homemade remedy for this? I have exercise regularly, eat and drink healthy, yet why did I get them?
