I taken maftal spas and pan d at 5pm but I still stomach paining so agai I take one rantac at 8pm is it safe ?

I'm having black stools with mucus since 3 days ... history of passing hard stools before that

It was found accute appendicitis in sonography with maximal dia reduced from 8.2mm to 7.1 mm now with medicinal use. Does it require removal of appendix? Now i'm not having severe pain or any other symptoms..

Severe and unbearable pain due to piles. Can you suggest remedies? The patient is 65 years old and heavy built.

I haven’t had a solid bowl movement in over two weeks. No cramping at all, and the color of the bowl movements seems normal. Its not watery just very soft and comes out thin. It’s always a pattern of one bowl movement as soon as I wake up in the morning. I don’t know if this has anything to do with this but my stress and anxiety has been horrible lately over these past couple of weeks.

I had pain ( not severe but there was bleeding twice)while passing stools for almost 15 days . I took softovac and it improved . However this gave me severe gastric with excessive air passing and flatulence and motions 3 to 4 times a day with a pressure on my anus throughout of incomplete stools . Please help me it's almost a month now I am having this probkem
