Older case of abdominal tb , age 25, felt sever pain in lower center and right side (intestinal region ) only when I press that region, weight is 72 kg, height 6ft , thin looking body , all the time feel lazy and sleepy, all the time dry mouth and feel thristy , side effects of medicine that I taken for tb were frequent urge to pass stool after eating anything, also frequent urge to pass urine and able to control the urine,please tell me the right medicine for my problr

Hello, I don't think it has anything to do with old history of TB You are possibly having what we call Irritable bowel syndrome. And also get a urine routine examination for ruling out UTI. Warning signs are if u have weight loss, blood in stools, pus or mucus in stool. Then these symptoms are worrisome.
