Stomach Problems & Remedies

Can someone please explain if the enlarged liver size is something of concern? My mother recently had a kidney removal surgery and this is her report after 6 months.

I am getting sticky and greecy motions 4 -5 times a day.. have occasional acidity issues, I have borderline high cholesterol and a mild B12 deficiency, my farts have odour. I have done sonography & reports are normal. Please suggest me what should I do. I also feel false lightheadedness not always but sometimes

Hello Doctor, I have been experiencing the following symptoms: Urge to go to toilet after full (large) meal. Sometimes accompanied by little stomach cramp and semi solid stool. bloating Dark colored stool (blakish brown) Last 10 days I had been eating outside food daily, as there was no one at home. I have this constipation problem as not able to pass stool easily everytime in morning goes for 2 time and entire day my stomach looks heavy full type not able to eat big meals or heavy meals pls suggest.

I don't feel hungry in evening/night, when i go to washroom in evening that day i feel hungry but maximum time I don't urge to go potty. At everyday in the morning i go to washroom and fresh very well. After eating lunch i feel haviness in stomach an till late night i dont feel hungry, what should i do. I tried ayurvedic medicine like abhyarisht, bhringrajasav, chitrakadi vati etc but didn't work plz suggest me better way to manage my appetite and feel pressure to go to washroom in every evening.
