Is it ok to take anti TB treatment in enlargement of mesenteric lymph nodes? Nd Who will treat mesenteric lymph nodes

Since last week I have some constipation issues and facing issues in bowel movement.. recently I have developed a burning sensation on my anus area while passing stool.. now area around my anus is swelling up while going to toilet.. I still have the burning sensation..

I have been suffering from indigestion due to low stomach acid. Previously I used pantaprazole for 10 days or so after which my digestion has become poor. Please advise.
