Left sided abdominal pain can be due to gastritis, left sided colitis ( infection of colon) or may be a muscular pain. If it's in loin or slightly lower back then it may be due to left kidney stone. You need to go for a ultrasound of abdomen to rule out above problems . feel free to ask any further quary.

[ ] Fatty liver can be due to alcohol intake or due to obesity ,can be due non Alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).Generally these are reversible if care taken means need to do physical exercise , need to decrease weight.
