Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi doctor, my mom has been suffering from stomach ache in lower abdomen since last 15 days. She is diagnosed with thickened intestine and some infection around it. Shall we go for surgery or medicine can cure this?

Dear Doc, I was diagnosed with reflux during december 2017. For the past 4 months i was under pantaprazole..from 1st may i have switched to zinetac 300 mg (once per day at night) as i have kept the reflux under control through strict diet . But i still have pain in the lower end of the esopgahus above the LES and my esophagus starting from inner tongue is still dark red in colour .. please advise when it will heal and why is that pain.thank u.

Having mild stomach burn (below chest area) since 1 week , indigestion happened , have frequent burps & belching after food . Took gelusil yesterday before & after food . Burps have reduced  . But have stomach burn sensation during afternoon I don't have any mouth ulcers

Everyday I experience acidity at night before sleeping and then feel like vomiting. I take iron tablets before sleeping as I was diagnosed anemic. Is acidity because of the tablets?As it usually happens after I take tablets and go to bed.
