I have gas pain since 6 month but it never go away due to this my cheast always burning what should I do

My husband 31 years old .5 feet 7 inches height and weight 86 kgs .In ultrasound scanning he diagnosed with fatty liver grade 2 .is that serous condition. please suggest dait for it.when I see doctor. Please reply.

I was diagnosed with gerd in 2022 stage 1 and then stage 3 with no hilatial hernia earlier this year. I am 30 - quit alchohol in Jan this year and also smoking as of November My endo showed stage 3 gerd with no hilatial hernia in May and I had H pylori - both last year and this May - took the 14 day treatment and was fine But starting December symptoms getting worse and I'm possibly losing 2 kgs weight on a weight base of 71 in 1 month - I eat less too and don't eat after 8pm - I walk about 2 kms a day too But somehow eating is a problem and there is epigastric pain as well How often should I repeat my endo and what should I do? Surgery?

I usually don't get sick, but now it's a ritual to be sick through out the winters every year in Uttar Pradesh with just temperature of 8° C. My stomach aches a lot sometimes accompanied with Vomiting & loose motions. I don't consume any junk food, and it's been months I have stopped eating even rice & potatoes. I have a normal vegetarian diet. I have observed that the pain increases significantly when I am hungry like late nights and early morning. But I have been eating the same amount the whole year without much hunger pain before.

Hi Doctor Lately i have been observing that i m passing stool after every meal within 2 hours and it's not loose motion. It starts with light pain and when i pass stool I'm fine again. This only happens after each meal i take like breakfast lunch and dinner. It's been a while like many months now. Nothing serious has happened. I also feel constipated frequently with bloating and gas. May i know if this serious or is it requiring some treatment.?

My kid 4 yrs is burping with foul smell on and off. Few days he was passing smelly gas along fever and irregular nowel movements After antibiotics course and fever medicine he was alright. Now this foul smelling burp again after few days . What could be the reason for this recurrence
