Gall bladder polyps usually are detected accidentally while doing an abdominal ultrasound scan .Once detected , you can either consult a laparoscopic general surgeon to determine how to manage it or do a repeat scan after a few months to see if any changes in the size of the polyps .
Cystitis is bladder infection ,if you are symptomatic do a midstream urine analysis to confirm

Need not worry about gall bladder polyp if it is asymptomatic.
You can get urine routine, culture sensitivity done and start medications for cystitis.
