I m taking nexpro 20 mg two times in a day want to reduce the dose i checked on internet nexpro 10 is also available but chemist said its not available want to know is this medicine still in use or banned

Please advise treatment for frequent digestion issue. When I eat heavy meal or non veg , gave to go washroom . Blood report for liver and pancreas are showing some issues. Drinking milk was causing bloating so I left taking milk as per 2 physician suggested, but still bloating doesn't stop. Below 2 reports are from 2nd December test: Lipase level is 67 (>57) Billurubin level is 1.63( >1.2) Indirect Billurubin was 1.33 In August 2023 reports, Lipase level was 62 Total Billurubin was 1.25 Indirect Billurubin was 1(>0.9) In December 2020 test , SGPT was 99 (>45) and SGOT was 46

Hi, M having sharp upper abdomen pain which sometimes goes to chest also.but after taking antaacid it settles.i got my USG done and my CBD is 7.5mm after gall bladder removal.my blood test like lft and amaylase and lypase all are normal. I took librax for 10 days and m taking rabium plus from last 15 days .after having these medicine can pain occur after having something oily food .I m very worried should I go for some another test.
