-So I’ve been dieting for about a week now with my stomach getting upset in the beggining, however it’s usually fine now. Sometimes my stomach can get upset after eating and have dirreah but it just depends I had some triscuts and my stomach keeps getting upset and having dirreah. I don’t know what caused this as if it was the triscut or not?

I consulted with a MS surgeon he told me I have fisher and told me that I dont have to go for surgery as it will not affect much. pls reply wht i should do now.
