Stone in gallbladder size of 5mm
My sister Age is 19, she was having serious stomach pain from last 1 days, when we consulted doctors and after checkup in gallbladder stone present in size of 5mm, is it required for surgery, please suggest.

[ ] Hi if there is no upper abdominal pain / post meal fullness / discomfort / upper back pain , then she doesn't require surgery. This is asymptomatic gall stone. In case you develop any of above symptoms then she would require surgery. There is no any medicines in present world to dissolve gall bladder stone.
