Can CT scan detect colon cancer suggest me please I want to do test and any other test u can suggest

I have severe pain near chest right side, stomach pain in middle upper side, acidity, anx feeling to vomit. This pain is very frequent in one month period, uses pantoprazole, zintec.

I'm having too many burps every time after I eat, it's unusual, please suggest me a medicine. Thanks

Hi I have a problem with stomc and neck whenever I eat something everything stop in neck ( I feel like that) even sometime water also.. I consult with doctor and he wrote some medition I took that 15 days after stopping medition prob. Remain same I again consult and he said u have take medition daily..
