My father has digestion problem , gas trouble , weak digestion due to this reason stomach ache will be occur...

I m having lower abdomen pain and pain increases when I presses it but after some time pain begin to numb whenever I cough or gets up from the bed their is pain in lower abdomen ... Most of the time i m having acidity and hurt burn please suggest something really stressed

For the past two days I have blood stain on the stool. I had the same problem for days in last month and now it occurs again. The blood is sometimes bright red or mixture of marron and bright red. Have slight irritation on anus. I have constipation problem too. I'm really worried about it. What could be the reason?

I have been suffering from constant gas and bloating from last 4-5 days.i have avoided gassy foods and also tried to eat on regular intervals but nothing helps

I have a bubble like feeling in the right abdomen which comes and goes. I have a pain under left chest everyday at night while sleeping.The discomfort usually occurs while sleeping and when I sit the pain goes away.I visited doctor and had my x ray, ECG, blood test and urine test done.All the reports were normal still I feel discomfort in left chest everyday at night.
