Stomach Problems & Remedies

Please advise treatment for frequent digestion issue. When I eat heavy meal or non veg , gave to go washroom . Blood report for liver and pancreas are showing some issues. Drinking milk was causing bloating so I left taking milk as per 2 physician suggested, but still bloating doesn't stop. Due to frequent digestion issue, I am lacking energy and stamina  .  I was diagnosed for dengue in September.  I took medication for 25 days . Below 2 reports are from 2nd December test: Lipase level is 67 (>57) Billurubin level is 1.63( >1.2) Indirect Billurubin was 1.33 In August 2023 reports, Lipase level was 62 Total Billurubin was 1.25 Indirect Billurubin was 1(>0.9) In December 2020 test , SGPT was 99 (>45) and SGOT was 46

Hi, M having sharp upper abdomen pain which sometimes goes to chest also.but after taking antaacid it settles.i got my USG done and my CBD is 7.5mm after gall bladder removal.my blood test like lft and amaylase and lypase all are normal. I took librax for 10 days and m taking rabium plus from last 15 days .after having these medicine can pain occur after having something oily food .I m very worried should I go for some another test.

I have been having loose motions since today morning. I have got 3 tablets from the chemist: Norflox TZ, Flonil, and Rabesec DSR. I also have an ayurvedic medicine: Himalaya Diarex Which medicine/combination and what dosage should I take for quick relief without any side effects

Hi doctor , I seeinn yellow ans dark brown stool time to time. But dark brown comes bit hard as comparw to yellow and it is always first stool which comes out of anus. I am having outside food here ans there since last few day.. including non veg. I am facing ibs kind symtoms time to time. I am anxities paitent and worried if this tool is nornal or somethjng serious. Only other system which i feel, burning after motion if i eat spicy.
