SGOT 1780 and SGPT 1230
Got the LFT done and SGOT is 1780 and SGPT is 1230. Further, Serum Bilirubin is 2.82 (Conjugated - 1.97 and Unconjugated - 0.85). Blood reports are normal. Just wanted to check if there is anything serious here. Doctor has prescribed Hepgen tablets.

It is VERY SERIOUS. I don't know which report you are referring to when you say that "Blood report is normal) . Please consult a General Physician immediately and get admitted to a hospital for proper management.

It might be due to viral infection or chronic alcoholism or other bacterial infection

should do USG Abdomen and Hepatitis A , Hepatitis E virus test
