I am having alter bowel habit since few months now... Few days back following constipation I had few drops of fresh bleed also. What should I do? I started taking protein powder. I noticed changes after that. I don't know if it is because of this. I have always felt constipated. Alternating with loose stools some days. Please give your valuable opinion doctor.
