My son is having fluctuating pain in stomach from yesterday any recommendations on medication until I see the doctor

I have noticed recently don't know if it is correct ot not but when every I eat anything heavy by bp tends to increase. Is it due to gastric and what should I do.to avoided such issues. When I sit continues after eating then this problem worsen.

I have a desk job which requires me to work average 12 hours a day. I have Gas, Acidity and Constipation. Everyone time I visit general physician, he hands me a prescription of a constipation churan. That's not the cure I am looking for as i can't keep taking churan every day, i am looking for a permanent cure. I have had Kayam Churan, Pet safa and other related tables and churan, they work fine when i take them but problem returns when i stop taking them.

I was diagnosed with Jaundice 6 weeks back. bilirubin levels have been steadily decreasing from 12+ to 1.69 currently. However post initial drop, my SGPT and SGOT levels have remained around 220 and 100 for the last 4 weeks. GGT is also high at 330. I am currently under medication, however I am afraid if there are any permanent damages in the liver. A year back I had high triglyceride & cholesterol levels too which I have not checked recently. Please advice on how to control to make these markers normal.

My mother is having prolonged issue of swallowing food . We recently did Gastrograffinn swallow test and the report shows evidence of small segment narrowing involving cervical oesophagus ? Benign. We are concerned and we would like to know what should be the next step and which specialist we should consult for her issue. I understand we must do an endoscopy and biopsy to confirm the tumour is benign . Consulting a gastroenterologist is the right direction ?
