  4. Gas during midnight. Which is negative.

Gas during midnight
I have too much gas at midnight. I have prescribe unienzyme twice after meal but still I have gas . can i take rabeprazole with unienzyme after meal . I have taken empty stomach twice Pan 40 in morning and evening. But no relief . done endoscopy which is negative.

If these are not helping different cause need to be considered. Intestinal causes like ibs etc need to be evaluated.
