Hello sir i have ver high back pain in middle upper or lower spinal cord.i cant handle it like  pain like i cant lying down nd not bend down its first tym with me pain is not going away after heating nd very high back pain... that feels in abdomen also...i think its pancreatitis pain...please help if its pancreas pain very high pain pain in whole back like helll..nd some time middle chest pain.m.submitting my reports..pain is very high in whole back

Sir, I have been suffering from crohn's since 8 months current medicines are mesacol od, azoran, shelcal, livogen captab, mesacol suppository. after 45days of steroid stop(wyselone) now my stool is black color, have mucus in stool, excessive flatulance.Why this is happening ,is it serious condition, have to consult dr emergency?pls suggest

When I eat and drink anything I feel vomitte. Sometimes pain in back side and both the leg, and I do not feel hunger as well.

Stomach ache just after and even while having food. Ache in upper abdomen, on the sides usually. He smokes on regular basis

Shall i take both vitamin supplements(b12,multivitamin,d) and gastritis supplements (raboprozole,glutazene sachet,cintapro,spram-10) at same time?or is there any side effects if i take both at once.please reply me asap.

I am 28 year old. I have excess of gas creation in my stomach through out day. I am very much woried. Please give me some advice to get rid of this problem.

Since 10 days i am having constipation types issue when i am going washrum in morning then there is first some normal stool which is solid but it have lots of white mucus. Then having little little semi solid semi liquid  motions which are sometime watery types also but stomach is not cleaning properly. There is heaviness and urge to pass motions whole day but motions not coming properly. In evening when i am again trying to pass motions then also only little motion coming that i also with mucus. Dont know what to do. Feeling low, not able to concentrate on my work, some time having headache also. Taking Rapeed 20, Enzar forte twice a day. Whether it is infection or what ?

Since 6 months suffering from stomach issues, and lost 8 9 kg weight in 3 4 months. Earlier drs saying its stomach infection done 4 5 time infection course. Earlier problem was frequent motions with loose stools 4 5 times a day, cramp, abdominal pain, Mucus in stool. Consulting a gastro earlier he had written many test like endoscopy colonoscopy biopsy ct scan. Since these are expensive tests and difficult test i had taken opinion of another senior most Gastro of my locality. He said that it is due to IBS no test required. Taking treatment weight is stable from 1 month but in between i am having issues like since 10 days i am having constipation and abnormal stools which are semi solid stomach is not getting clean. Headache lazziness. So i am in dilema that whether it is IBS or something else. ? Whether i get tests done ? Whether i get it treated with Allopath, homeopath, or ayurveda ?

I generally take 2-3 litres of water per day. I have been suffering from Constipation since 3 days and was trying to pass stool but could not.
