Hi Doctors, I am a suffering from chronic constipation for a long time. From last 4 months, I am doing gym and having eggs and a little protein rich diet. Nowadays I am facing irregular bowl, gas, afara, sometimes indigestion, bad odour when farting etc etc. I don't feel the pressure when I am in toilet most of the times. Has to go toilet after having lunch or some heavy food. I want to feel young and live young as I am. I want to get admitted in a hospital where a Gastroenterologist does all the check ups, test and treatments so that I can live my life tension free. @ Gastroenterologist Doctors, please respond and guide. It would be better if The hospital is nearby me (Kalindi Kunj).

Patient consumed alkali 4 months ago. Now we consulted 3 doctors surgical gastro. Doctors are ready to remove his esophagus , stomach and connecting colon . Another doctor said no need to remove esophagus and stomach instead they do passage and connect colon in other way. My doubt is if they don't remove esophagus and stomach in future if he has to face malignacy or is it better to remove esphagus and stomach?

All the value of lft test is normal but billirubin is continually going high.currently 37. Is it serious? Is it treatable with medication?

I had been taking lots of antibiotics and painkillers bec of rct treatment. Due to which i started getting abdomen pain. When i got it checked, the doctor said it was colitis. I was prescribed rifakem 400, later the pain spread to the back,  i was prescribed rifakem and cataspa. Within 2-3 days, i could see mucus in my stools, so i was asked to take unobiotic sachets. I felt better. when i started my normal diet, the pain recurred. Bt this time, my upper abdomen along with the lower had pain and tenderness, so i got an endoscopy done with biopsy, wich said I had chronic active non atrophic gastritis. Bt i still had pain in the lower and mid abdomen. I was prescribed rifnim 400, menoctyl and an antacid tablet and also unobiotic sachets. After 10 days, i felt better, but my mid abdomen still had pain. The doctor said i was fine and can start my normal diet. Its been 7 days now. Since yesterday night, i got diarrhea with lot of mucus in stool, my rectum is paining and has burning.

I always have a bloated stomach and my digestive system is also not working properly and i have severe acidity problem
