Acid Reflux Issue
I recently got operated with cyst on my left vocal cord around 2months back, since my voice turned out to be hoarse. I have acid reflux issue as well. I was been seeing a speec therapist for getting my voice normal but from last 2weeks I am again getting acid reflux issue which is making my voice worst again. Can anyone suggest what diet (I am vegetarian) and remedies I can follow to help my acid reflux issue get solved and so my voice.

Increase dietary fibre intake. Cut down on tea/coffee. Do not lie down immediately after meals.

Eat less at night. Avoid spicy food. Sleep with the head end elevated.Avoid alcohol. If overweight, reduce weight.
