I have been diagnosed with sibo and hpylori but absolutely no relief.
Major gas, bloating, acidity, reflux, headaches, bad sleep, sinus, anxiety and depression. I am not sure on what to eat and what not to. My routine has become bad, lazy and lethargic. Have all this for almost 6yrs now.
Please suggest what can be done
