M feelings thrones in my throat n something stuck in my throat too. lots of burping and gas not passing properly. taking razo tab but not working

I recently had stent removal on 28 thereafter i suffered from low bp gas problem and high fever. Day before yesterday i was hving fever 101°F . Yesterday i was hving 102°F fever . i have taken crocin twice yesterday and day before yesterday. Yesterday i had vomiting twice in the morning, it was all bile , yellow in color. Today i am not having fever but i am having feeling of vomiting and gas after eating a chapati. I m taking light meal. Yesterday i ate only khichadi n a chapati. Today one glass milk and a chapati. Is everything all right? I have attached the reports of stent removal kindly check.

I have had dry cough with reddish throat 45 days back, diagnosis was acidity , had couple episodes of stomach pain , had honey with lemon,  took rabicap got Relief. The cough was reduced and used to appear once a while.I have had bad habits of lying down after meal, used tomato sausages rather that raw tomato while cooking.No excercise. After 10/15days felt irritation in throat, took honey with hot water , suffered severe abdominal pain in same afternoon, got relived after pain killer through IV.After that no abdomain pain for 10days and counting. However, I have bloating/gases after my meal , since 3,4days having slight problem while exhaling ,I don't even feel it when I am busy, bit of neck and chest pain only after movement like bending , changing posture, still have a bit of irritation in throat. I am taking Gaviscon Peppermint syrup daily after each meal and 1 Rabicip daily.Please help

Chest pain- heart burn, burning in throat- below rib pain -stomach aches with burning, numbness in left hand n mild pain. Tightness in chest. Taken antacid FELT better when stopped same issue. Mild coughing but not persistent. Feel more discomfort while lying down. Bloating and stomach feels full. Acidity.

I am 29 year old married female with no kids , I have uterine fibroids, I suffer severely from stomach burning, throat burning, I tried jeera and saunf for this and found that it's helping ,can I eat jeera or saunf everyday ? Does this cause any side effects ? What about the dosage of jeera and saunf to take everyday ? Is it safe to consume everyday? Please let me know

Am a 33 year old single woman stands at a decent height with moderate weight. I have cronic constipation from more years ( cnt poop without meds). That's bcz of poor diet so now m working on it. But m have developed acidity and gas issue everyday n it's there from last 2 months. Also I feel bloated all the time. Most of the time I eat light food in terms of fruits n milk n curd. I take lemon water every morning on empty stomach n my dinner usually is seasonal fruits. Can you tell me why do I have bloated stomach all the time and start having gas whenever I eat like sometime I develop bloating after and sometimes nothing happens even if I take 2 glass of milk. This situation is same with all kind f food. what are the symptoms if acid reflux n how to counter it? Or what could be possible reasons for same. Is there anything I can do to counter my this issue.
