I have a pain in my lower abodomen .. doctor told me that I have acidity and infection..I have a date to visit the doctor but then lockdown started...I am not in any medicine .. still i have the pain

I am 30 years old and I am a businessman.  I have a little gas problem for a long time, but for the last 40 days, I am getting so much acidity due to which the pain in the stomach is a little bit and the throat is sore, chest pain, there is a lot of discomfort & anxiety.  Suggest some solution that I will surely cure.

He is facing this issue from past 6 months, continuous water comes from food pipe to mouth and his mouth feels ( meetha meetha full day and chip chip karta hai). He only feels comfortable while sleeping all other time he feels ki muh mein paani aa raha hai food pipe se. He used to take pantosec-d six months before but he stopped taking that without consulting the doctor and he is facing this issue also from.5-6 months. Now he has again started taking pantosec-d though no improvement can be seen in this thing still. So please suggest what we can do i am atraching the prescription of the opd we did here though nothing improved in his health from these medicines, and i am also attaching the salts from which he is allergic

Dear Doctor, I am 41 years old. I have been on GERD treatment from February 2019. Endoscopy done in January 2019. Report fine. I have been having reflux problems. Taking PPI medicine. In December 19 onwards I felt better hence had Nexpro L only if needed. I started eating spicy food from restaurants. I felt phelm in throat. I am 104kg weight and 5 feet 6 inches height. Recently I had lemon juice, chocolate etc. Now for the past two days I developed throat irritation, burning, stomach burning, reflux, chest pain. Passing motion after eating, nausea. Please help me with some medicine.

Is it possible to cure chronic fissure without surgery? It's been more than 5 weeks and the pain comes and goes. Genuine recommendation would be a great help.

Hi doctor as per my symptoms with acid reflux, flatulence and burning sensation in stomach and chest, pain in thoracic region doctor suspected that Iam having gerd since 30 th march Iam taking different ppi such as omeprazole Pantoprazole and one more ppi I don't remember the name exactly with different concentration and I feel sometimes difficult in breathing especially in night times some nights I can't able to sleep after taking ppi and endial digest I'm OK but what bothering me is I lose my weight and especially in the nights I have a lot of flatulence why it so? May I know the reason even I just eat plain rice boiled veggies and without spice and cooked chicken no masala totally avoided please help me

I have had constipation for a long time now. I take fiber rich food everything but it still persists. I was asked to take nexpro Rd and nexpro 40 along with other medication for constipation. I want to know are these both tabs same? Nexpro Rd and nexpro 40? I am unable to lose weight also cos of constipation and I have pcod. Can I take these tabs along with glycomet 500mg.
