I have done ultrasound before 15 days report came grade 2 fatty liver is this reversible?and before 2 years endoscopy was done impression: patulous Les fundal and Antral gastritis and in upper part of report they given esophagus:mild prominent vein seen: no varices fibroscan also done 2 times value was 4 is this any problem?

Am having difficulty passing stool since few weeks now and today I had passed yellow stool in the morning and then in the evening when I went I passed stool it was black. Almost like tar. I am not in India right now and am worried about it. Please suggest.
