What shall I do fo this, The stomach has bloated, Giving iv fluids , Can have anything from the mouth

I have chest discomfort from 2 months and my BP was 140/95, I am using metosartan 25 and pantaprozole & itopride. My hemoglobin levels are around 11 and I am using livogen tablet. Is this chest pain due to gastric bcoz my ECG, LFT, USG abdomen are normal. Is anxiety or overthinking will cause gastric.please tell me the remedies for gastric relief.

Dull pain just above the belly button .and dull pain middle of both shoulder blades.dizziness when i stand up.

Me and my friend after a foreign trip has digestion issue same issue of loose stool form less stool not typical loose motion going to loo 2-3 time in a day no other issue weight loss or anything may be irritation/burn/gas in stomach can be another symptom. It's been 5 month.

Hello I am hepatitis b carrier. My lft reports are normal. But my HbV DNA quantitative PCR test report said that viral DNA had 853 IU/ml. Is this needs to be concerned of. I don't take alcohol and cigarettes. My doctor suggested to not to take any medicine so long as the LFT reports are normal. Plz guide me on how to proceed. HbSAg positive HbEAg negative HbEAb also negative sometime positive

Five years ago .. she had found a white 5 inches long worm in her stool... And now once again in morning fresh time she had a found a white solid thin seems like bone 2 inch long that may be worm...what typ of disease is this.? What could be treatment?

I have some swelling and can feel small lump on lower right abdomen (right pelvic area) and having pain from past 3 days when I touch that area...I got this in the past also but I ignored it but now I'm again getting it.
