Am worried because of loose motions & upper abdominal pain. Do i need antibiotics plz kindly tell

I went for Stool R/M and the lab wrote a note at the end of the report that occasional aggregates of inorganic salts are seen.

It looks like parasitic eggs in stools but I think they haven't tested it properly.plz see.

Hi,i am feeling pain in my stomach down the right side to ribs, Abdomen ct scan has been done...it shows some messentric lymph nodes swelling.and one of the lymph nodes size is 7 mm.and my liver enlarged 161.7cm..LFT,KFT is normal... Is it dangerous?kindly advise!what should be do now!?
