M feeling pain left lower rib region since morning only and lil bloating over the abdominal area and burping feeling like acidity

I am facing very difficulty in burping and it comes up to throat and goes down.. Tried every medicine like ulrab l, pan d, mucaine gel, sucralfate syrup, naturolax a but no use... Pls suggest me bcz m facing lot of prob... I don't feel hungry bcz of this...

I consume green tea+ apple cider vinegar+2 drops of cinnamon extract. 2 times .for weight loss, to prevent diabetes and general health. Is it safe and effective.

I have been suffering from IBS C. My doctor has advised me to take Rifaximin. Is it advisable to take Neomycin with it since I have read that Rifaximin along with neomycin works best for IBS-C?

Bilrubin level total is 2.1 Conuglated direct bilrubin is 0.26 Uncongulated indirect bilrubin is 1.84 SGOT is 36 SGPT is 65 Total Protien is 7.19 Albumin is 4.50 Globulin is 2.7 AG Ratio is 1.70 Kindly suggest what to do Your answer will be appreciated Thanks
