Foamy urine and loose stools right abdomen burning pain found urinary bladder wall thickness in ultrasound and acidic nature in stool problem was undiagnosed

My Grandmother having constipation problem for last 8days. She suffered from diabetes and taking medicines. She is living urban area of south Tamilnadu. We tried bisacodyl, Adult Gel and intermittent hot water to drink. But still she suffers. Could anyone please advice.

Hi, I'm having severe constipation since 5 days, Im started taking Isapgol with Duphalac Syrup. Still dint work. Today, I started taking Cremaffin and Lactifiber. Its painful to pass stools, don't able to sit comfortably sometimes. The part between Vagaina and Anus gets swollen when I try to pass stools and pains a lot. May I know why is this happening? And what can be done to cure this? Thank You!
