Facing pain only when pressing in just above umbilical area...what is the reason behind it??is it serious ???

Sir Now a days doctors are not recommending biopsy RUT test due to danger of covid exposure, please advise best time gap for h pylori stool antigen test after h pylori eradication treatment using 14 days antibiotics and ppi treatment triple therapy is over so that false positives is ruled out in the test and second therapy of antiobiotics is undertaken? Please advise.

Hi i m 29 m... I m having burning sensation in my chest and pain in middle chest and back... Sometimes sounds comes from abdomen and sometimes breathing issue... I m taking Nexpro RD and rantac Mps... Can i take Azithromycin with them...?? Pls explain why this happens and pls suggest treatment...

After having food, gas formed and it doesn't come out from mouth and its stuck in neck due to this reason pain started in other body parts. Like - Legs , shoulder , headache, hand and chest etc. And also feeling uneasy and not able to sleep due to this reason. Pain also started right side below ribs.
